The Lions Club Ireland Convention 2025 was a remarkable event held in Tullamore, bringing together members from across the country to celebrate and discuss their ongoing projects and future initiatives.
The convention took place on February 28th and March 1st at the Tullamore Court Hotel, a venue that provided a welcoming and comfortable environment for all attendees.
The convention was attended by Carrigaline District Lion Clubs President Anita Curtin, Vice President Rob McGarry and members of the club Vincent O’Donovan, Lucy McCarthy, Adam Walsh and Greg Aston alongside his wife Gillian. This year's convention was particularly special as it coincided with the 50th anniversary of the Tullamore Lions Club.

The event featured a series of engaging sessions, including keynote speeches, workshops, and networking opportunities. Delegates had the chance to share their experiences, learn from each other, and collaborate on new ideas to further the Lions Club's mission of community service and support. One of the highlights of the convention was the presentation of awards to outstanding members and clubs who have made significant contributions to their communities.
