Kinsale Arts Weekend has returned and did you know there are many free events taking place throughout the town this weekend!?

On Saturday and Sunday, find out all about Kinsale’s fascinating fishing history with ‘Fishing For A Living’. This unique event takes place on board a trawler beside the RNLI building which will be open from 12 - 4pm with talks at 2pm.
Watch ‘Dance To The Edge Of The Sea’ a stunning dance choreographed by international ballerina Patricia Crosbie at Kinsale Library tonight at 6:30 and Sunday at 3pm.
Marvel at Bobby Nash’s Maritime inspired exhibition of 3d nautical charts in Kinsale Library Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 5pm.
Browse the beautiful artworks on display at The Boathouse Gallery on Main Street Friday Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 5pm.
Explore Kit French’s latest exhibition featuring paintings of the local coastline and his most recent work from his time spent in Berlin. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 6pm.
On Saturday at 12pm in Kinsale Youth Café local writer Freyja Hellebust will be joined by a group of writers and poets who will read a series of pieces on the theme of Mealladh na Mara.
Wander through the town to catch sea creatures on the streets that highlight the town’s drains as part of ‘The Sea Starts Here’, a gorgeous project completed by the Kinsale Community School’s Green Team. All day Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
